Clearly, it’s the furthest thing from cool to go around slut shaming women and calling them out for the way they dress. But we’re not really sure what we’re supposed to take away from this social experiment that starts with some dude calling out a woman for dressing like a prostitute and ends with him getting knocked out by a bottle.
Sure, these sort of experiments are useful every now and then to point out societal problems and all that, but what exactly was the lesson here? That if you’re disrespectful to women, another woman will come and knock you out?
Maybe not the most productive way to start a dialogue. Then again, you can’t exactly rationalize with someone who’s determined to publicly shame every woman who’s showing a little bit of skin. So maybe a swift bottle to the head is the only way to get through to these people and serve as a warning to others who might be thinking the same thing.
Either way, the people watching this little drama unfold were treated to quite the show.
