When police brought in 19-year-old Kassie Raelyn Rowan back in January in connection with a drunk driving allegation, they got a lot more than they bargained for with her mugshot.
It seems Rowan left herself a wee bit exposed.

According to The Smoking Gun, the plunging shirt made famous in Kassie’s mugshot is favorite of hers, as a photo taken several weeks before her incident — on New Year’s appropriately — shows her rocking the same top along with the caption “2017 be ready.”
Well, 2017 definitely was ready, in the form of a driving under the influence of alcohol charge and $1,458 worth in various state fines.
Hopefully next time she goes out, Kassie will be ready with the number of a cab company.
