Police in Fresno, California encountered a nearly nude woman, claiming to be a mermaid.
According to KIRO7, the unidentified woman was found wandering around, wearing nothing but a black sports bra near Table Mountain.

Authorities stated that at one point, the woman referred to herself as Joanna, but it has yet to be determined if that is indeed her real name. They’ve estimated that the woman is between 16 and 30 years old. She is 5-foot-4 and 160 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She also has two toes that are webbed on both of her feet. So maybe there’s some truth to the whole mermaid thing.
