How much stock could you put into a study on penis size that relies on self-reporting when, just as surely as the sun rises in the east, men will exaggerate about that part of their anatomy?
Not a whole heck of a lot probably, but a new study by the condom brand SKYN has taken on the challenge anyway. And the findings, to absolutely no one’s surprise, show a growth spurt, if you will, in the average length of an erect dong as compared to a previous study conducted two years ago.

In research done by scientists at King’s College London in 2015, the measurements of 15,000 men were taken by medical professionals, and it was concluded that the average length of an erect penis was 5.16 inches.
SKYN’s study, meanwhile, gathered self-reported measurements from 3,000 sexually active men between the ages of 18 and 34 and came up with the number 6.1 inches for the average fully engorged member.
That equates to an increase of over one inch in the average tool size. We would say something’s amiss, but these numbers are right in line with the notion that small lies are more believable than big ones.
