It’s been a while since pubic hair on a woman was commonplace in the porn world.
Except in your more specific genres like “hairy” or “vintage,” the “bush” has in recent times fallen off in favor of the clean shaven look. But according to data recently released by Redtube, internet search numbers indicate that pubic hair could be making a comeback.

As you might expect, those over the age of 65 are the most likely to search for a hairy pubis. The research confirms that this demographic is 258 percent more likely to search for the term “bush” than they are for the term “shaved.”
Meanwhile, the younger set consisting of users aged 18 to 34 don’t appear to even have a preference and were seen as unlikely to search for either term. But on the whole across all demographics, according to the study, searches for the word “bush” saw an increase of 891 percent among 18 to 24 year olds, 982 percent for 25 to 34 year olds, 1,126 percent for 35 to 44 year olds, and 1,147 percent for those older than 65.
Geographically, “bush” searches were the most popular in the Central and Western U.S. with Colorado, Utah and Texas, respectively, making up the three states where the term was sought out the most.
