When this van was designed, we highly doubt that driving on a frozen lake and jumping over a gap in the ice was listed in the consumer report. But that’s exactly what happened in this video.
We could imagine pulling off stunts like this on a snowmobile or even a set of skis. But taking a motor vehicle, a van at that, and not only driving it on the frozen water, but launching it across a break in the ice and clearing the water? Now, that’s just flat out crazy.
We don’t see this as anything we want to try anytime soon. We leave this one up to the Russians.
