This startling image looks more like an advertisement for Keystone beer (remember that indelible mid ’90s bitter beer face campaign?) than a mugshot.
Unfortunately for Toledo, Ohio’s Noel E. Dawson Jr., it’s the latter, taken after his recent arrest for chasing a family member with a hatchet. Prosecutors allege that Dawson, 63, swung the hatchet at the man but missed and struck the man’s truck instead, leaving a large dent in the hood.

Police said when they arrived at the scene, Dawson refused to disclose any personal information and shouted obscenities at them.
He was charged with domestic violence, assault, criminal damaging and failure to disclose personal information. Dawson plead not guilty and his bond was set at $50,000.
Looks like somebody drank the last beer, and chances are it wasn’t Mr. Dawson.
