When do we have the best sex of our lives?
Narrowing that down to one specific age would seem next to impossible, but sex research conducted by health and wellness site Happify was able to pinpoint at exactly what age people have their best sex. The study surveyed people in their 50’s and 60’s, who said it was specifically at age 46.

Also included in the findings were a multitude of little sex tidbits, like couples that do the dirty an average of once a week make up the country’s happiest couples, the typical single or married American has sex two to three times monthly and older couples who have sex on the regular are happier than older couples who don’t.
Makes sense. Just be sure to choose your partner wisely because apparently sex and happiness really do go hand in hand.
