The vast majority of the world will probably never need to know how to properly kill a rattlesnake, but Hazard Zone TV’s Neal Hunt has decided to take on the potentially deadly task anyway.

In this YouTube video, Hunt demonstrates just how insane it really is to handle one of these buggers, warning that even if you chop off their heads they can still bite you. Great. Another reason to be terrified of the freakin’ things.

Hunt recommends grabbing the snake by its tail and snapping it like a towel to break it’s neck. We recommend an even safer method. Pull your shoelaces really tight and run as fast as you can in the opposite direction!
