Ever since Ronda Rousey suffered her second consecutive defeat — first getting knocked out by Holly Holm in 2015 and then getting KO’d by Amanda Nunes last December — after winning her first 12 fights in the UFC, it’s been on the minds of many as to whether the former chance will return to the sport.

According to Dana White, he doesn’t see her coming back anytime soon, if she comes back at all.

“Ronda and I talk maybe once a week, once every two weeks,” White said. “She has not said anything to me about a comeback, and if I had to guess, I would guess that she does not come back.”

Before she lost her last bout to Nunes, Rousey had already hinted that she was nearing the end of her MMA career, with an appearance on NBC’s Blindspot and other opportunities in the entertainment business. She has a positive future ahead of her, and one that doesn’t involve getting her ass kicked. So, it would be a huge surprise if she ever set foot back in the Octagon, but stranger things have happened.
