Teams from around the world competed in a tank challenge where smashing cars was the mission

In what could only be described as a childhood dream come true, crews from around the globe competed in the Strong Europe Tank Challenge in Germany, and it’s even cooler than it sounds.

Military teams from countries such as Austria, Germany, France, Poland, Ukraine and the United States competed in events like “gunnery, spotting enemy tanks and discerning them from friendly armor, operating while wearing chemical warfare gear, negotiating obstacle courses (both in tanks and on foot) and even handgun marksmanship,” you know, just in case things get to that point.

Considering the possibility of a massive war, these drills obviously aren’t just for fun and games. But, in the meantime, we’ll just enjoy watching folks smash cars with tanks, shoot stuff and all of the other cool things these teams get to do.
