We’ve seen plenty of petty, stupid motivations behind fights, but to beat a woman to unconsciousness over an Instagram like? That has to be up there as one of the pettiest and stupidest.

Back in March 2016, Arlinda Craft, (18) Anns Leigh Hill (19) and Megan Williams (20) were charged with second degree assault and battery by a mob after they beat up a woman, who they used to be friends with, near the Saluda River in Columbia, South Carolina.
It turns out that the whole thing was tied to a separate incident back in November 2015, when Craft punched the same victim in the face repeatedly all because she liked a photo Craft’s boyfriend posted on Instagram. She pleaded guilty to the charges of third-degree assault and battery a couple months later.
So apparently several months after their initial altercation, Ms. Craft still hadn’t gotten over that devastating Instagram like and decided to get some back-up for round 2.
Not surprisingly, this isn’t the ladies’ first rodeo with the law.
From The State:
Craft has a rap sheet, as do the other two women charged in the March 15 Saluda River fight. Craft’s previous charges include possession of drugs with intent to distribute near school property, possession of cocaine and LSD and violation of a South Congaree city ordinance.
Previous charges for Megan Williams, 20, include drunk driving, public disorderly conduct and shoplifting. Previous charges for Anns Leigh Hill, 19, include drunk driving, possession or sale of a stolen vehicle and possession of less than 1 gram of methamphetamine or cocaine.
