It’s okay to meet people on dating sites and hook up with them. It’s just the world we live in. But this dude couldn’t just be happy with hooking up with a chick on the side. He got greedy and took things way too far.
Kareem Mutcherson had sex with a woman he’d met on the Plenty of Fish dating site, but after he left, he returned armed with a gun and wearing a bandana over his face. Why would he come back to a house he had already previously been in, legally? Because the moron thought it would be a good idea to hold the occupants of the house at gunpoint while he stole not one, not two, but three video game consoles.
According to Click Orlando, Mutcherson took a Wii, a Playstation, an Xbox and 10 video games. He fled the residence, but was pulled over for his headlight being out. The deputy had a feeling about the vehicle and had the inkling to pull it over. Luckily, his intuition was spot-on. He looked into the car and saw Mutcherson, along with a child and the three gaming consoles.
Marion County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman Lauren Lettelier had this to stay:
“Right now the story he’s giving isn’t matching up to the evidence that we have, obviously. He said he didn’t even commit the robbery, he didn’t have a gun, he didn’t have all this. But we do have enough evidence to charge him with a home invasion at this point.”
Mutcherson has been charged with robbery with a firearm and aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older, while the child was placed with family and is apparently doing well.
