Sara Underwood has dabbled in television and film since bursting on the scene as a college student in the pages of Playboy’s Girls of the Pac-10 issue in 2005.

Subsequent Playmate of the Month and Playmate of the Year honors launched her into some big screen work, but lately she’s come full circle and gotten back to what she does best, which is lounge around half naked for photos and videos.

The Portland, Oregon native did just that recently in a video taken at a hot spring in Utah, and she posted the results to Instagram.
