It’s somehow a surprise that Hailey Baldwin has been named number one in Maxim’s Hot 100 list of the world’s sexiest women.
Surprising because at 20 and despite having modeled since she was 17, she’s fairly new on the scene. Surprising because she seems to be only now stepping out the shadow created by her famous last name (Stepehen is her dad and Alec her uncle). Surprising because gal pals Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Willow Smith, while all beautiful in their own right, don’t quite seem ready for primetime yet.
But when you separate Baldwin from all those things, it makes sense. She really is that hot.

“I honestly always feel like it was a little bit inevitable for me,” Baldwin told Maxim about her upcoming entree into television with James Corden’s reality series Drop the Mic, which puts celebrities against each other in rap battles and that she’s set to host this fall. “I was always the entertainer in my family. Everyone said, ‘That’s the one you got to watch out for.'”
Oh, we’re watching alright.
