We were a bit surprised last week when Maxim put Hailey Baldwin at the top of its annual Hot 100 list. Now that we’ve seen the behind-the-scenes video of the shoot that put her there, we couldn’t be more unequivocally on board with the idea.

There’s something about video that conveys a girl’s hotness better than still images can. The subtle movements, the hair, the lighting. Everything just pops.
