They call it “The Hammer of Thor,” and no wonder.
The Xtreme Penetrator is just that. It’s a powerful bullet that cuts deep, so deep that the video review says it may be too powerful. That’s sure to be a selling point.
The overview and description of the bullet says, in part:
The progressive nose geometry allows for deep, straight penetration while creating a permanent wound cavity diameter exceeding that of most expanding bullets. To top it off, the bullet is solid copper or brass, and is able to overcome barriers to penetration; environmentally friendly, target unfriendly, very unfriendly, downright obnoxiously unfriendly.
Downright obnoxiously unfriendly? Sounds like a bullet to have. The description also notes the bullet’s “wound volume” is second to none, and that even though the Penetrator is non-expanding, it creates a wound diameter larger than most expanding bullets.
Not saying that you should be going out there creating wound diameters willy nilly, but it’s still an impressive bullet for sure.
