We love tacos as much as the next guy, but this here is absolutely absurd. The hotel Grand Velas Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, is serving up this outrageous taco that will set you back 25K. That’s 25 large for a freaking taco.
According to the hotel’s website:
“The culinary masterpiece includes such premium ingredients as langoustine, Kobe beef, Almas Beluga caviar and black truffle brie cheese. An exotic salsa comprised of dried Morita chili peppers, Ley.925 ultra-premium añejo tequila and civet coffee tops the taco which is served on a gold flake-infused corn tortilla.”
For an additional $150,000, they recommend washing it down with a bottle of Ley.925 Pasión Azteca Ultra Premium Añejo.
So for a whopping $175,000, you get a taco and some tequila. We couldn’t think of anything we’d rather put that towards, except a house, a car or really anything else besides a taco and tequila.
