Not sure how this is even an issue, but we suppose crazier things than this have happened in China.
Basketball courts are for basketball. Square dancing (or Tai Chi probably) can be done just about anywhere, can’t it? And it certainly doesn’t need to be done on a commandeered hoops court.

The best analogy we can come up with here is that would be like you and your boys going to Billy Bob’s Country Western Bar & Grill with your basketball and trying to take over the dance floor. While people are actually dancing on it!
Not only would you get your ass kicked, you’d probably leave there with a bunch of boot marks on your forehead.
