Molly Schuyler has to be one of the most freakish competitive eaters in the world

To begin with, she’s usually the lone female in a male-dominated sport, she’s the mother of four young children and she weighs in at about 100 pounds. She’s also the number one ranked independent competitive eater in the world.

When  you combine all these things, Schuyler no doubt boggles the mind. She was at it again over the weekend in Raleigh, North Carolina, taking part in — and winning — burger chain Highway 55 Burgers Shakes & Fries’ professional eating contest.

The only female in the contest, Schuyler put away one of the ridiculously massive 55-ounce burgers along with fries and a drink (about 3.5 pounds of beef) in a world record one minute and 37 seconds, topping the record she set last year when she won it of one minute and 53 seconds.

Another trophy for the mantle. In 2015, Schuyler shattered a Wing Bowl record by eating an impossible 363 wings in 30 minutes.

And a year earlier it was another world record for consuming a 72 ounce steak in 6 minutes and 48 seconds.
