A Seattle woman with a penchant for exposing herself pulled a dandelion out of her vagina as she was being arrested for having sex near a busy street recently.
Police said they responded to 911 calls of a man and a woman engaging in sexual activity in a restaurant parking lot in Kent, a suburb just outside of Seattle. According to witnesses, Charity Flores, 36, and Antoine Howell, 37, were having sex in full view of restaurant patrons and passing cars and pedestrians.
Flores, who was reportedly nude from the breasts down, was seen performing fellatio on Howell, who was said to have his pants down around his ankles and his penis exposed. The two were then witnessed having sexual intercourse. Police said a subsequent search of Howell’s person turned up a vial of the drug PCP.
Police also said Howell appeared under the influence of drugs and only “expressed himself by grunting.” Flores, who according to court records was previously convicted of indecent exposure and has a history of exposing herself to the public and arresting officers, exposed herself to the officer who placed her under arrest in this instance.
Flores also reportedly pulled a dandelion out of her vagina and stripped herself naked after being placed in a holding cell at the local jail. Flores was charged with indecent exposure and Howell was charged with indecent exposure and felony narcotics possession.
