It was the likely subject of many a wet dream, and Brazilian supermodel Alessandra Ambrosio has just given it a facelift, recreating the iconic scene for British style rag Love magazine. And it’s every bit as moving (pun intended) as the original.

The two-minute video, directed by photographer and Maxim Lifestyle Editor Doug Inglish, recreates the image of a dripping wet Cates emerging from the pool wearing the teenie tiniest (by 1982 standards, for sure) red bikini and strolling directly into a male fantasy.
It’s damn near carbon copy stuff. The only thing missing is the reveal, and we’ve all seen that countless times.
