As long as The Simpsons has been a fixture on TV and in pop culture, people have been trying (to varying degrees of success) to imitate the show’s inventions. In this case, we’ve a man who fancies himself a mixologist attempting to recreate the iconic drinks portrayed on the show.

First off, this material is treated as original. I assure you, it is not. From the Flaming Homer/Flaming Moe to Duff beer, people have been making knockoff versions of Simpsons drinks literally since the episodes in which they were featured first aired in the 90s. That this cocktail creationist does his own spin on drinks like the hilarious Skittlebraü doesn’t quite help his cause. Anybody can make a ginger shandy. I think the real problem, here, is that this guy, in his shot at the Flaming Homer, lacks a bottle of Krusty’s Non-Narkotik Kough Syrup—For Kids. The Yoko Ono bit is cute, though.
