My christ—that just seems like a cholesterol-filled, artery-clogging, heart-stopping meat bomb. This burger to end all burgers can be found at Maxwell’s Bar & Grill, an “American-style Diner and Ice Cream Parlour in the heart of Covent Garden [London].” And sure, it’s messy as all hell, but sometimes, you’ve just gotta get your cheese fix. That this burger is being served at an “American-style” diner in London is especially perfect.
